What’s in and Around Loft Makati
Makati CBD is a veritable economic powerhouse. Here, you’ll rub shoulders with speed-walking professionals and executives, and marvel at the city’s sky-soaring structures along Ayala Ave., dubbed as the Wall Street of the Philippines. Ayala Ave., Buendia Ave, Makati Ave., Paseo de Roxas, and Dela Rosa St. are the main thoroughfares that run through and around the business district.
But there’s more underneath the surface. Art aficionados, dog-walking condo residents, fitness buffs, and adventurous foodies make up Makati’s hip and vibrant culture. After getting some work done, you can relax and unwind in a plethora of excellent establishments in the area. Check out the map below.

How to Commute to Loft Makati
The MRT Line 3 runs along EDSA. Taft Avenue Station is the southernmost point, going all the way to North Avenue Station. If you’re heading to Makati, get off at Ayala Station.
There are also buses plying through EDSA. If you’re northbound, you’ll need to get off at the BGC EDSA Terminal (Taguig side). From there, you can take the pedestrian overpass and head to One Ayala Terminal (Makati side). If you’re southbound, you’ll be dropped off at One Ayala Terminal.
From Ayala One Terminal, it’s approximately a 20-minute walk going to Loft Makati (AIA Tower. 9th floor).
There are jeepneys along EDSA, Buendia Ave., and a select few rides along Ayala Ave.
If getting a jeepney along EDSA, make sure you’re dropped off at either the BGC Bus Terminal (northbound) or One Ayala Terminal (southbound).
If getting a ride along Buendia Ave., you can get off at the intersection with Ayala Ave. — where you’ll be a few paces from Ayala North Exchange. From there, it’s a 12-minute walk to Loft Makati (AIA Tower. 9th floor).
